- Worked as a Supervisor for different Show Control Teams through the Resort
- Interfaced equipment from different vendors and disciplines (Audio, Lighting, Pyro, SFX)

The VOID Orlando Disney Springs: IT and VR Technical Manager

- Work as final stage onsite project manager to finish out building construction and finish work on all A/V and IT equipment
- Lead a team of Technicians in installing a new Virtual Reality system into Disney Springs that utilizes the Star Wars Franchise.
- Using brand new technology, repair and maintain all VR systems
- Repair and Maintain all A/V and Network equipment in entire building, including Wireless Access Points, Point of Sale systems, and Media Servers for Media content throughout building.
- Hire and train a staff of 10 through pre-opening, opening, and setup for ongoing training.
- Take care of scheduling and discipline for entire Tech Team
- Work with Customer Service team and Leadership to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
